Primary purposes: processing and following up on your orders, managing shipping and returns, administering your account and loyalty program, and providing customer support.
Secondary purposes (require your consent and can be withdrawn at any time): sending our 'Correspondencias' newsletter, personalized Sommelier AI recommendations, and invitations to private tastings and launches.
03Data transfers
We share only the data strictly necessary with couriers (to deliver your order) and payment processors, who are contractually bound to protect your information under this same law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to Burgos Le Parfum.
