Sales Terms

All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price in effect at the time you confirm your order is the one you will be charged.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, cash payment at OXXO stores, SPEI bank transfer, and interest-free monthly installments (MSI) subject to your issuing bank's policies.

Your order is processed once payment is confirmed by the corresponding gateway; OXXO/SPEI payments may take up to 24 business hours to reflect.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and order number. This email is not a tax invoice; if you require one, request it from your account within the first 5 days after purchase.

Shipping times and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer once delivered by the courier to the address provided.

You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been dispatched by the courier. Once dispatched, our returns policy applies.

We guarantee that every product sold under a designer or niche brand is 100% authentic and sourced through authorized distribution. References identified as 'inspired by' or 'dupes' are explicitly labeled and never sold under the original brand's name.
