We ship across all of Mexico from our atelier in Chicoloapan, State of Mexico. Here you'll find delivery times, costs, and the full procedure for returns and exchanges.
01Delivery times and costs
Greater Mexico City area: 1–2 business days. Rest of the country: 3–5 business days. Extended or rural areas may take up to 7 business days.
Standard shipping costs $99 MXN. It's free on orders over $1,500 MXN. We also offer express shipping (24–48 hours in the metro area) for $199 MXN.
You'll receive your tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your package is dispatched.
02Packaging and handling
All orders are packed with extra protective material for glass bottles and travel sealed with the house's signature mark.
03Return policy
For hygiene and health reasons, we only accept returns of perfumes that have not been opened, sprayed, or had the original seal/cellophane removed, within 15 calendar days of delivery.
If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — in these cases we accept the return regardless of whether the seal was opened for verification.
04How to start a return
Write to us at hola@burgosleparfum.mx or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label when the case qualifies; return shipping costs are covered by Burgos Le Parfum only when the error is ours.
Once the product is received and verified at our atelier, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
05Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your fragrance for a different reference, follow the same return process; once the refund is confirmed you can place a new order for the fragrance of your choice.
